Our own workforce is a key topic for the KRÜGER GROUP, as working conditions, health, diversity, and qualifications directly influence the company’s performance and future viability. Human Rights Strategy

The strategy for dealing with our own workforce is anchored in the overarching Human Rights Strategy. This strategy is based on internationally recognized standards and includes the regular assessment of risks through external audits and internal analyses, the use of binding guidelines, and systematic risk management to comply with human rights due diligence obligations. Additionally, measures are implemented to improve working conditions, health and safety, and to promote diversity and qualifications.
