Responsible corporate governance is a central component of the KRÜGER GROUP’s entrepreneurial activities. As a family-run company, values such as integrity, reliability, and respect shape the corporate culture and form the basis for long-term business relationships.
The Importance of Governance
Governance is an essential topic for the KRÜGER GROUP, as clear structures, binding rules, and an active corporate culture are decisive for sustainable business success. Within the framework of the materiality analysis, the topics of corporate culture as well as the prevention of corruption and bribery were identified as particularly relevant.
Corporate Culture and Compliance
The integrity of every single person, shared values, and ethically sound behavior in daily interactions are the basis for the global standing and good reputation of the KRÜGER GROUP. We have set out these principles of our actions in our Code of Conduct. This defines binding standards for integrity and lawful behavior and applies to both employees and suppliers. Regular training sessions are conducted for implementation. In addition, reporting channels exist through which potential violations can be reported confidentially.
Prevention of Corruption and Bribery
The prevention of corruption and bribery is an integral part of our internal regulations. Relevant requirements are supported through training and internal processes.
