Baking cocoa
Our baking cocoa is suitable for use in drinks, cakes, and desserts.
Whether with boiling water as drinking chocolate or an ingredient in cakes or biscuits: our baking cocoa can easily be mixed with other ingredients.
The baking cocoa is available in lightly to highly deoiled variants with a fat content of 10–12% or even 18–20%. Available in UTZ and organic quality on request.
