For the food industry the KRÜGER GROUP produces cocoa mass, cocoa butter and cocoa powder. With the newly opened, most modern cocoa factory worldwide, we are now bundling innovative technology with decades of expertise at two production sites. This enables us to produce all semi-finished cocoa products in all quality classes – including halal, kosher and organic quality on request. Numerous certifications prove our competence and quality. The ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 certifications underline the modern energy and environmental management.
Cocoa mass is the most important raw material for the production of chocolate. We supply the right raw material, in liquid or block form, for all types and qualities and individual requirements – from the optimization of existing products to new developments. Our customers benefit from our long-standing personal contacts in the growing regions around the world.
After the cocoa mass is pressed, cocoa powder and cocoa butter are produced. It is an important raw material – far beyond the chocolate sector – and is used in the cosmetics and perfume industry. We produce cocoa butter in different qualities, in liquid or block form, tailored according to customer requirements.
We produce cocoa powder in all imaginable flavors and colors, natural or alkalized, tailored according to customer requirements. We can press the cocoa mass to meet individual fat content requirements.
