The subsidiary Wilhelm Reuss offers fillings, glazes and chocolate masses for use in pralines and confectionery – both for the chocolate and bakery industries. In addition to reliable quality, our partners appreciate the fast, flexible service in product development, production and delivery. Of course, we also support our customers in special questions regarding application and further processing.
On request, we can also provide our semi-finished products in an organic equivalent and/or with Fairtrade or UTZ certification. Regular monitoring by independent institutes consistently confirms the high quality of our products.
Our fat-based fillings and glazes are available in a number of flavors such as chocolate, nut, milk, vanilla, and strawberry. We are proud of our ability to develop and manufacture products based on individual customer requirements; close cooperation with our customers, from development to the finished product, is particularly important to us.
Fillings and glazes are suitable for use in or on cereals, chocolates, ice cream, bakery products, pralines, and in QSR.
